For most standard fences and decks, permits are not required, however, in some cases, we do require a permit. Should your project require a permit, we will inform you ahead of time and make sure your project meets the local building codes.

In some cases, you will find metal property pins in the corners of your property, or your home may have come with an official survey paper showing the dimensions of your property. You may also contact your local land surveyor to establish your property lines. We always recommend that if you are replacing an existing fence, your new fence will go in the same place as the old one. Always chat with neighbors to discuss the project.

The timeline varies based on the size and complexity of the project. In most cases, a 100-200 foot long fence would take 2-3 days

Wood decks offer a more natural look but may require minor maintenance over time, while composite decking is low maintenance, durable, and more weather resistant.

We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on our installs.

If properly maintained, our fences can last 25+ years!

How do you set the wood posts in the ground?

All wood fencing holes are first drilled and then set plumb in ¾” down gravel,  tamped in lifts to ensure compaction creating a strong foundation for the rest of the fence.
